GlaxoSmithKline (Nottingham University)

University of Nottingham’s GlaxoSmithKline Carbon Neutral Laboratory is a highly sustainable development, constructed entirely from natural materials. The landmark laboratory houses state-of-the-art teaching and research facilities and a communal winter garden. Glamox Luxonic was tasked with implementing an innovative lighting and control solution to supplement the Carbon Neutral project’s sustainability.

MANCHESTER MET UNIVERSITY

When Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) embarked on a future-proofing project of its entire Birley Fields campus, it saw the design and commercial benefits of Glamox Luxonic’s LED solutions as essential to its strategy.

UNIVERSITY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE

The University required luminaires which were aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient for installation in the sports hall and supporting areas. The sports hall itself would also require impact resistant luminaires. The lighting system should have the facility to be controlled and monitored easily.

Badminton School

BREEAM is the oldest certification system for sustainability in Construction. The customer planned to create a modern and welcoming space, while achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating and securing the lowest possible energy costs on a long-term basis.
