Biography

Alistair’s primarily role has been to develop and maintain effective strategies for delivering the Council’s capital programme; including the programming, resourcing and monitoring of all projects, the management of professional teams and the promotion of the section through partnership working and collaboration. Alistair is a registered Prince2 Practitioner and has been instrumental in the development of a structured approach to planning and resource management across the Council based on this methodology. Working in partnership with colleagues Alistair has been extremely successful and has delivered approximately £260m of capital investment projects over the last 8 years; on time and on budget.
