Jim Mulholland

Biography

Jim is an Architect with over 15 years of experience working within a range of sectors including education, leisure, community, conservation, ecclesiastical, residential and commercial projects. As a Director of TODD Architects Jim leads the education team; leads individual projects across the four studios and multiple sectors and is Director in Charge of the Practice Dublin Studio. He has taught at QUB’s School of Architecture and University of Ulster Belfast School of Architecture. With his concept design flair and in-depth knowledge of construction techniques and technology, Jim develops holistic and innovative design solutions focused on socio-spatial impact, context and economic sustainability.  His knowledge of environmental design techniques and technologies, collaborative design and accessible design contribute toward his ability to deliver design solutions that enhance the built environment for all.  Buildings which Jim has worked on have received multiple industry awards including RIBA, RSUA, RIAI, RICS, Civic Trust and Building Better Health.
